Dooshima Suswam donates church building

WIFE of Benue State governor, Mrs. Dooshima Suswam, has donated a church complex to the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Anyiin, Logo Local Council of the state, to mark her 45th birthday.
The church building, named “Christ the Light”, has within its premises a sporting complex made up of volleyball, basketball and table tennis courts, all within a well-fortified perimeter fence.
Mrs. Suswam said the gesture was a fulfillment of the inspiration she received from God to build a church for the growth of Christianity and salvation of mankind.
She thanked God for keeping her and her family alive and expressed appreciation to her husband, as well as others for the success of the event.
Unveiling the church’s signpost, Governor Gabriel Suswam urged the people of the area to avail themselves of the church to spread the Gospel of Christ and the moral development of Benue State.
Dedicating the church and the youth sporting centre to God, General Overseer, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, who was represented by the Enugu Regional Pastor, Boniface Okenwa, advised Christians against undue criticism of those in authority.
He charged the faithful to always pray for the success of public office holders.
