What APC Administration Intends To Do For Change – President Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari explained what the All Progressives Congress (APC) intends to do to implement change agenda.

President Buhari has visited Nigerians in South Africa.

Buhari has promised to introduce the basic policies of his government in order to move the country forward.

The president spoke during his visit to Nigerian diaspora in Johannesburg, South Africa.

He said administration was determined to secure the country, improve the economy and eliminate corruption.

“Government is determined to secure the country, manage the economy, create employment and fight corruption.

“Some articulate writers have said if we do not kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigeria.

“This APC administration intends to kill corruption in Nigeria. We will do our best, I assure you,” Buhari said.

He added that the G7 countries had showed commitment to assist Nigeria tackle insecurity as well as develop its oil and gas sectors.

“We are getting the facts and logistic requirements together,” he said.

Meanwhile, Nigeria’s leader advised Nigerians residents in South Africa to be good envoys of the country.

He said: “Those of you who have the opportunity to come here and represent us, make sure that you are representing Nigeria, you are all ambassadors of Nigeria.

“This means a lot of patience, restraint, self respect and pride. You must have all these.”

The president added that Nigerian and South African leaders will soon meet to discuss several issues bordering on their relationship.

It should be noted that President Buhari has earlier today, June 16, returned to the country after his trip to South Africa for the African Union summit.

Buhari has being inaugurated on May 29 as the country’s third democratically elected president since its return to constitutional democracy in 1999.
