Jonathan, governors for Braithwaite’s book launch

ELDER statesman, Dr. Tunji Braithwaite, will tomorrow in Lagos, host eminent Nigerian leaders at a national forum, where his new book: “The Jurisprudence of the Living Oracles” will be launched.

President Goodluck Jonathan is expected to do the launching.

In a statement by the Media Consultant to the Organising Committee of the event, Olubori Obafemi, said: “The public presentation and cocktail is strictly a private function organised by Braithwaite and his associates towards a crucial national convergence strategic to moving forward the country from its present state of instability.”

He said the event, which would also be used to mark the 79th birthday of the erudite lawyer and astute politician, would be graced by governors and other invited leaders.

The programme, which is an interface between the government and the progressive constituency in Nigeria, would start at 3 p.m. at Yard 158, Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.
