MTN Nigeria apologises to customers over hitches

“The telecoms giant reacts to complains of network hitches.”

Telecoms giant, MTN Nigeria, has apologised to its customers across the country over “some little hitches in accessing the network”.

Aliyu Musa, the North-West Regional Manager, MTN, made the apology on Monday in an interview with journalists in Zaria, Kaduna State.

Musa, who was speaking a day after a mini-polo tournament organised by the company ended in Zaria, said the “problem manifested due to upgrading of our equipment”.

He urged all their customers to be patient with the organisation because “very soon everything will be over”. “I must also appeal to those who have not procured MTN line to do so in view of the fact that we still remain the largest and the best network,” he said.
