Falana defined the G7 as “a gang of seven designed to invade economies and destroy the people.”

He asked Buhari not to return to the G7’s ideas; rather, he should come back to the people who reposed their confidence in him to lead them.

The lawyer continued that the president should avoid using money from any world agency to run his government “but should block the leakages and recover stolen money back to the government purse.”

Falana underlined the need for Buhari to ask questions about the recovered late General Sani Abacha money which he described as “the most successful loot recovery from leaders who have stolen from public funds around the world.”

He added that $3.2 billion out of $5billion supposedly stolen by Abacha had been recovered so far “but unfortunately, the money is being re-looted.”
